The first Design Bazaar was organized at the USF Shipyard in November 2017. This was a new concept in Bergen. The purpose was to raise money for the orphanage Rejoice Children’s Home.
The program featured stage entertainment, sofa talk, bazaar, coffee and cakes. Local artists such as Boy Pablo, Kingsley Anowi, Felipe Alexis and Mekki provided entertainment during the evening.
In 2018, we hardened 2 design bazaars; a smaller bazaar at the opening of the Bergen Design Festival / Innovation Week in September. Here we won fantastic prizes from well-known designers, and we were also given the opportunity to present the work on “Rejoice Villlage by 4P” to an enthusiastic bunch of industry people.
Design Bazaar 2018 was held in Grieghallen on Saturday, September 23, in collaboration with Bergen Design Festival and Interior & amp; design fair. The exhibitors from Interior & amp; the design fair featured lots of great prizes; Among other things, IKEA donated furniture worth NOK 100,000!
The funds raised go directly to the construction of “Rejoice Village by 4P”.
